I'm a faculty member. How do I register my teams?

For the onsite competitive events, students can declare their intent to play, but teams must be formed by faculty sponsors. To register your teams:

Send an e-mail to AvnetTechGames@Avnet.com with following information:
1. Name of Game you are participating in
2. College you are representing
3. Before registering a team, please note the maximum number of students per team for your particular game.
4. Student ATG Web Site Usernames (if known)
5. Student first and last names
6. Student e-mail addresses

Note: A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and your selected team members.

Additional Registration Information:

• The number of slots is limited and varies by game.
• One team per college per game may be registered on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
• Once a college has been seated for a game, additional teams from that college will be waitlisted and will be used on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis to fill any remaining vacant slots.
• Confirmation e-mails will be sent to each team’s sponsoring faculty member once registration has been verified.
